My delivery hasn’t arrived yet – where is it?
We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time. If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date then please Contact Us and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
How can I cancel my order?
Provided that we haven't submitted your product for fulfillment, canceling the order is possible. Given that we often start the fulfillment process within a few minutes, please notify us promptly for a higher chance of cancellation success. If the cancellation is not feasible, we are happy to guide you through our hassle-free returns process.
What is the reason for my order being shipped in multiple packages?
In order to deliver your items as soon as possible, we may need to ship them from various locations such as distribution centers and warehouses.
Is it possible to make changes to my order before it is shipped? I forgot to include an item.
Once an order is placed, it quickly moves to the processing stage and is then sent for shipping from the warehouse. In order to ensure a fast delivery, modifications cannot be made at this point. You can place a new order on the website for any additional items you require. It's important to note that shipping is free!
Where can I see my order history?
First, log into your account. Once you are logged in, click on Order History to see past orders. You'll be taken to your order history page which will show your order dates, order numbers, value, order status and tracking details. To see which items were ordered in each order, click on the order number. You'll be able to see which items were purchased in this order, who the order shipped to and the tracking number assigned to the order.
I’m having a hard time logging in.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link. If we don't find your email address on file you will see a notice: 'Reset password failed: Invalid email address' and you can try a different email address. It's also possible that you don't yet have an account with Animi Causa since we don't require one to be created in order to shop with us. In that case, you can click on the 'Create Account' link. How do I change my password?
If you want to change your password enter your 'Account' and click on Reset Your Password then enter your email address and submit the form. If you cannot enter your account as you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link. The 'Forgot your password?' form will email password reset link to you within few minutes. If you don't see it after 5 minutes, check your SPAM or Junk folder.
